Garmin, producer of navigational devices and one of the most important players in the market, has a beef with TomTom. They accuse them of breaching five of their patents, and for this reason they've filed a complaint at the Wisconsin District Court in Wisconsin, USA. It's still unknown which five patents Garmin claims to have been violated. They own a total of 229 patents in the United States.
TomTom denies
TomTom responds to the allegation by firmly denying and by announcing that they will defend their case with every possible mean.
