This users-site for TomTom GO is 100% independent, and by no means linked to TomTom, the company that produces the GO. We also haven't got a single obligation towards the companies that advertise on this site. This site's sole purpose is to help (potential) GO owners learn how to make optimal use of their navigational system.
Things to know before sending us an email:
1) WE ARE NOT TOMTOM!!! That's right! We are a user site, dedicated to our favourite navigational unit, the TomTom GO (Classic, 300, 500 & 700).
2) Because we are not TomTom, we have nothing to say about their business policy. Yes, they might do stuff that seems strange, weird, unacceptable even, but please don't come and complain to us about it. There's absolutely nothing we can do about it, except for maybe agreeing with you.
3) Lastly, again, because we're not TomTom, we also CANNOT offer any support on your unit. So please don't ask us. You'll have to send TomTom an email via this link or maybe you can try and post your question on the yourNAV Forum. Response to questions is usually pretty fast there.
